How do I write articles? I Write about what I am  truly passionate about or skilled in. This increases my chances of staying consistent and committed over time in my post.

I study my topic thoroughly. Understand its benefits, the common challenges people face, and the typical results associated with it. Identify the problems, offer solutions, and explain the steps to implement those solutions. I use this simple approach when I creating my posts.

To craft a compelling post, I focus on three essential elements: a hook, the meat, and a call to action (CTA).

1. The hook grabs the reader’s attention and pulls them in.
2. The meat is where I dive deeper, explaining key points in an engaging and clear manner, usually with points and breakdowns.
3. The CTA directs audience on what to do next, whether that’s taking action, learning more, or engaging with my content further.

I keep my posts / articles simple and focused. Avoid over-explaining but always ensure I am solving a problem.

হিন্দু ধর্ম মতে Dharma হচ্ছে Karma. Karma হচ্ছে “your duty/ job” – the reason why you are exists/ present in this moment.

যে অশ্বত্থ গাছের নীচে তপস্যা করতে করতে গৌতম বুদ্ধ বুদ্ধত্ব লাভ করেছিলেন তার নাম বোধি বৃক্ষ।
গৌতম বুদ্ধের মতে সর্বপ্রকার বন্ধন/মায়া (let go of every attachment; but not “let them detached”) থেকে মুক্তি পাওয়াই হচ্ছে নির্বাণ লাভ করা। আর বোধি লাভ করলেই নির্বাণ লাভ করা যায়।

এখানে বোধি মানে কিন্তু বুদ্ধি (Knowledge) নয়, আবার বুদ্ধির পরবর্তী স্তর প্রজ্ঞা বা Wisdom ও নয়। বোধি is something where  you will understand, you are just another element or an event of this universe. And you don’t have any relation/ attachment with other events or elements but to cherish every single event and element on this very Event Horizon (the moment). There was no past element and there will be no event in the future.

So বোধি; Wisdom/ প্রজ্ঞা এর পরবর্তী স্তর। Where you will be able to control your mind to control the event/ moment.

The ultimate goal / purpose of this control is to be happy and make every element happy at this very moment around you.

“Buddhism” is not a Religion; so anybody can be a Buddha.

And don’t forget to laugh when you see a laughing Buddha.

But they became more aggressive, shouting, “He is causing unrest among the people!”

The leaders and authorities stood up, furiously accusing him of various offenses.

The Judge, after gathering the authorities and addressing the crowd, said, “You have brought this man to me, accusing him of leading the people astray. Yet, after examining him here in front of all of you, I find no evidence to support these accusations.

He has done nothing deserving death. Therefore, I will punish him lightly and release him.”

It was customary during the festival for the Judge to release one prisoner to them.

But the crowd shouted in unison, “Away with this man! Release The Top Terrorist instead!”

The Top Terrorist had been imprisoned for causing a rebellion and for murder.

Still wanting to release the accused, the Judge spoke to the crowd again.

But they shouted louder, “Crucify him! Crucify him!”

For the third time, the Judge asked, “Why? What has he done wrong? I find no reason to sentence him to death. I will punish him lightly and release him.”

But the crowd, along with the leaders, shouted even louder, demanding his execution. Their voices drowned out all reason.

Finally, the Judge gave in to their demands. He sentenced the man to be executed as they requested.

He released Barak, the man imprisoned for rebellion and murder, as the crowd desired. But the accused was handed over to face their will.

Everything happens for a reason

Have you not reached your goal, just to be redirected to something greater?

Do you know who the luckiest person in the Titanic movie is? Is it Jack, who fell in love with the most beautiful girl, Rose? Not at all!

Then is it Rose, who found Jack and escaped death? Not this time either! It’s neither Jack nor Rose.

The lucky person is that stranger who lost his ticket to Jack in a bet. Imagine the irony—if he had won that ticket, he might have drowned in that icy water. Life’s twists and turns often mask hidden blessings. This unknown man, by losing, unknowingly saved his life.

Sometimes losing is a blessing in disguise. Think about it:

Have you ever failed an exam and later found a better path?

Have you lost in life, only to discover new opportunities?

Have you not reached your goal, just to be redirected to something greater?

Have you lost love, only to find a deeper connection elsewhere?

Every day, a middle-aged man goes to a bar and orders only three pegs of “Carew’s Whiskey”. He takes a corner table, starts sipping from each glass until all three are empty, then gently leaves. This ritual makes the bartender curious. One day, unable to hold back any longer, he asks, “Why do you always order only three pegs?”

Why do male bees mate with female bees despite knowing it will lead to certain death? They are not afraid of dying. It takes venom from approximately 1,100 stings to kill a human. To collect about 1 kilogram of honey, 1,100 bees need to fly around 90,000 miles, which is roughly three times the distance of the moon’s orbit! In terms of flowers, it takes touching the pollen of around 4 million flowers to gather 1 kilogram of honey. In a good season, if everything goes well, about 55 kilograms of honey can be stored. From these facts, we can understand how hardworking worker bees are.

On the other hand, the queen bee only eats and lays eggs! The queen lays between 1,500 and 2,500 eggs per day. The behavior of male bees is quite peculiar. They never do any work in their lives; even the worker bees have to feed them. Their sole purpose in life is to mate with the queen bee!

During the mating season, every afternoon, the most capable male bees gather at a specific place called the drone congregation area. At the same time, the queen bee leaves the hive for a flight called the “mating flight.” The queen bee suddenly enters the drone congregation area and releases a special scent, which excites hundreds of male bees. The queen bee then mates with a male bee of her choice while flying. The queen can consecutively mate with 18-20 male bees!

The strange thing is, during mating, the male bee’s endophallus or sexual organ breaks off, causing the male bee to die instantly. This is why this mating is referred to as “the dramatic sexual suicide.” A beehive contains only one queen bee. The hive revolves around her.

If a female bee is born from an egg, the worker bees hide the young female bee to keep her out of the queen’s sight. If the queen notices the young female bee, it will be killed. When the young queen bee grows up, there are two possibilities: either a battle ensues between the two queens, resulting in one killing the other to take control of the hive, or they separate to establish two different hives.

If a queen bee dies unexpectedly, all the worker bees will know within 15 minutes and will collectively initiate the process of creating a new queen bee.

There are more fascinating facts that will surely amaze you: to produce 500 grams of honey, 2 million flowers are needed. A worker bee can produce only half a teaspoon of honey in its entire lifetime. Another interesting fact is that honey is the only food in the world that never spoils!

1. A few years ago I was decided to disable my FB and other social media accounts. Because when we started to use the Internet it was used to share knowledge. That's why we used to call it "Information Technology". 

2. However, for some reason, I didn't do (disable) that. 

3. Soon it became an "Entertainment (Attention Seeking) & Cyberbullying Technology" instead of "Information Technology". It started to spread Hatred  & making people selfish. So I was started to limit my social media activity. 

4. BUT in this PANDEMIC I have changed my decision and decided to come back & active all my social media activity; Even in a more stronger presence.

In 2020 many people have lost their jobs and businesses in all avenues of livelihood due to the Corona epidemic. If you have a job in this situation, if you have a source of income, then you are much luckier than others. If you have a job somewhere, then your sense of responsibility towards the owner of your company should be increased many times than ever. Think about how your company and the owner of your company survived? 2020 was the year of survival, the year of survival in any way. Being able to survive was a big deal! Therefore, we should not consider the small dissatisfaction that is found in small complaints as too big. Many of our acquaintances have gone beyond in this epidemic. Therefore we should be more and more grateful for the fact that we are alive and well, more and more thankful to our God and our employer. May Almighty bless us all in 2021.

Negotiate for a Great Salary

Employers rarely make their best offer first, and those who negotiate generally earn much more than those who don't. And a well-thought-out negotiation makes you look like a stronger candidate -- and employee.
Those people who attempted to negotiate their salary in a constructive way are perceived as more favorable than those who didn't negotiate at all, because they were demonstrating the skills the company wanted to hire them for.
You can start laying the groundwork for your salary negotiation even before the first interview. Here's a step-by-step guide:

• Do Your Research: Learn about the company's salary ranges and benefits as well as industry salary ranges before the first interview. Also learn about the company, its competition and the industry. Then think about what you want from the job, both in terms of salary and benefits, as well as opportunity and upward mobility. This information will become valuable during the interview and salary negotiation.
• Don't Talk Turkey Too Early: You never win by talking about money early on. The time to talk about money is when they've fallen in love with you. Before that, you're just one of many easily dismissed candidates. But once the employer has decided you're right for the job, "it becomes an issue of, ‘how are we going to make this happen?"
• Avoid the Salary Requirements Trap: You're trying to determine who you want to continue in this process, and it doesn't make much sense to pursue candidates you aren't going to get. Secondly, the tendency is for people to lowball their salary range, because they don't want to get out of the pool. My preference is to figure out, independent of these issues, the degree to which there is a good fit here and the extent to which I can bring value to this organization and the extent to which I'm going to be fulfilled and involved and committed to this position. I suggest we wait to have the salary conversation until you're prepared to make an offer."
If they still want a number, leverage your research to talk industry-standard ranges, not specific numbers.
• Strike First: Try to mention a specific salary before the employer does. This will start the negotiations in your ballpark. "The whole negotiation is based on that first offer".
• Don't Commit Too Quickly: The employer often offers the job and salary simultaneously. Never say yes right away -- even if you like the offer. Tell them you'll give them an answer within a certain time frame.
• Make Them Jealous: If you've been interviewing for other jobs, call those prospective employers, tell them about your offer, and see if they can speed up the interview process -- or make you an offer. Knowing you have another offer will make you more attractive to them.
When it's time to answer the first employer, mention the other employers' interest to help boost your value. But don't make up imaginary offers. It's easy to check, and the interest alone will help you look good.
• Articulate Your Expectations: Tell the employer what you want from the job, both in terms of salary as well as benefits and opportunity. It may be time off, flexibility about where you work, autonomy or ownership over a particular area, it may be your title -- whatever has a perceived value to you.
• Negotiate Extras: If the employer can't offer you the salary you want, think about other valuable options that might not cost as much. Education can make a big difference in your long-term marketability.
• Quantify Your Value and Performance: Mention your value in quantifiable terms, such as how much money you saved your company and how your projects increased revenues by X thousands of dollars. Then tell them specifically how valuable you expect to be in your new job.
You also can add a few contingencies showing your confidence in your performance. You could ask the employer to give you a salary review after six months rather than a year or for a year-end bonus if you make a certain amount of money. "It shows that you believe in yourself and are committed to bringing what you say you can do". "You believe you are going to bring significant value to the organization.

Through my research and personal experience, I've found that these 3 mistakes are responsible for more failed dates and relationships with men than any other factors. Here they are:

Mistake 1: Leading A Man To Think You Are "Needy" And "Insecure"
Did you know that there are 3 ways you can set off a man's "Insecurity Alert" and make him think twice about pursuing a relationship with you?
Sadly, even confident women often "accidentally" give off one of these signs... and just one can kill the chance of a man asking you on a second date.

* Talking or saying nasty things about your past boyfriends.
Saying bad things about men you have been involved with actually reflects the negatively back on YOU. It makes a man worry you are carrying around "baggage" that HE will have to deal with should he become involved with you.
* Speaking negatively about other women.
When women call other women names like "slut", "bitch", and "crazy", it is anything but impressive to a man you are attracted you. This just makes a man think you are trying to cover up your own insecurities, and looking for validation and attention. Not good.
* Too much physical contact, especially in public.
